Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (Central European Time (CEST)
Time to handle: 3 business day (Monday-Sunday)
Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days (Monday-Sunday)
As soon as you place your order, our team starts working on to ensure timely shipping.
Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will get an order confirmation email with your order number and other information once you place your order. When the item ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to track it. There will be a last notice issued when the package arrives.
Shipping Carrier & Cost
We collaborate with Colissimo,Mondial Relay,Chronopost to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. All orders get free standard shipping.
Shipping Area
We can only ship to the continental United States right now, and not to the following places because of carrier restrictions:

Packages that are lost or missing contact the Customer Service of the merchant.
If your tracking status says "delivered" but you haven't gotten your package yet:
Double-check to make sure your mailing address is correct.
Search all the places where you might be able to get your package.
Ask someone at your residence or among your neighbours if they receive the package.
Use your tracking number to get in touch with Colissimo,Mondial Relay,Chronopost directly.
Please get in touch with us right away if the package is officially reported lost. The website will send you a new package or give you your money back, depending on what you want.

Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all
orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on
a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible
for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before
placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable
to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking
information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
