Refund policy

Our goal at Elegance & Cie is to make sure our customers are happy. We accept returns of our products that is defective or non-defective within 30 days after delivery.

Returns
For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

We will fully refund your item at no extra cost, including shipping, if it comes damaged, faulty, or not where it was supposed to be. Kindly get in touch with us right away.

Quality-Related Issues:

If we verify the lost, you can get a replacement or a complete refund.

For Non-Quality-Related Issues:

You can get a refund, but you may  not hope for a restocking fee and the cost of shipping the item back.

Not eligible for: Amount paid for fast shipping.

Returns Process
You must return items unused, in their original packing, and with all of their parts, papers, and accessories.

You can only return things that are in "NEW" condition. Returns that look like they've been used may be turned down.

We process refunds within 5 business days of getting the item back to the Warehouse of the merchant. The money goes back to the original payment method.

Exchange Process
Please email us at contact@sensitivegift.com.com with your order information to ask for an exchange or contact the business website.Our experts will help you figure out what to do next.

Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel an order, please get in touch with us within 2 hours after placing it on our websites.Because we process orders so quickly, alterations or cancellations are not permissible beyond this time. Once you place an order, we will begin the fulfilment process.

When we receive your request, our customer care representative will check the status of your order and let you know if you can cancel it.

The person who made the purchase will inform you of the return and refund policies.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be indicated in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed do not include taxes, shipping and handling, customs, or import duties.
